A leading client in the IT Infra & Data Center domain seeks our staffing services for the ongoing supply gap. The client wanted to reduce the time taken to fulfillment of the resource requirements. In particular, the client wanted to reduce its internal dependencies and FTE cost. In a span of four weeks, by understanding the supply requirements, we fulfilled 60% of the given demands. We also helped the client in capitalizing on the benefits of temporary/project-based outsourcing.
Solution Methodology/ Technology Used
In the years leading up to our engagement, the client TAT and fulfillment cost were major issues. To solve those issues, we built our internal client-specific teams with the account managers, delivery managers & skill-capable recruiters.
Our team followed the agile methodologies to understand the client's requirements. Our in-house job posting system i.e. ATS (Application Tracking System), provided seamless coordination among various stakeholders. This process helped the client bring more resources onboard, manage multiple new projects and reduce attrition.
