Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams for issues related to API platform running on Azure Cloud.

- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, including performance problems, system outages, and application errors.

- Collaborate with the Level 1 support team to escalate and triage issues effectively and efficiently.

- Work closely with the development and DevOps teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues promptly.
