Roles and Responsibilities:

Business analytics and furcating trends
MIS reports and capacity planning
Data and trend analysis, Real Time Analysis & preparing rosters.
Capacity planning for Inbound/Outbound teams to ensure optimal seat and resource utilization.
Provides clear communication of the forecasted workload, changes, assumptions, inputs, etc.
Real time monitoring and ensuring delivery

Skills Required:

Strong business analytics skill
Must have knowledge in advanced excel and VBA
