Job Description
As a Business Analyst for the Play team, you ensure that critical reporting data is readily available to stakeholders and leadership, so that key business decisions can be made swiftly and effectively. You’ll provide support in the area of defining metrics, delivering insights, proposing recommendations, and building dashboards to monitor key operational and vendor metrics.You’ll also support deep dives into data around various experiments, measure efficacy (a/b testing) and propose recommendations to improve existing processes or tools. Identify opportunities to automate existing processes and dashboards.
Job responsibilities
Ability to clearly communicate and share data findings with stakeholders
Support end-to-end data analysis processes such as - data collection, data processing, analysis, and develop dashboards for various projects.
Work with cross functional teams (e.g. gTech Analytics, Vendor leadership)
Create metrics dashboards to monitor and report the performance of internal operations, enabling stakeholders to understand the business and make effective decisions
Work closely with Product Specialists and Data Managers to develop metrics and dashboards for new project launches, and measuring success for these initiatives
Deep dive and identify trends, and share data findings that can improve existing processes or tools.
Candidate should be flexible to do late afternoon / late evening shift (2 pm - 11 pm India standard time)
