Providing PMC service to Cidco Mass Housing Project in Taloja, Mumbai • The Project has 74 towers each with 26 floors constructed with precast elements • Responsible for Execution and Quality for of one sector which has 20 Nos. of Towers. • Reviewing GFC drawings, tender specifications and method statements and ensuring adherence to them. • Daily discussion with contractor team for progress review and planning. • Coordinating with Precast factory team for availability of precast elements and reducing lags in erection work. • Coordination with central PMO for project deliverables. • Setting up and control of the QA lab and ensuring material test are conducted as per IS standards. • Maintaining QA/QC records and monthly submission of QA/QC report. • Preparing Daily Progress report, analyzing target vs achieved progress and finding lags and hinderance. • Preparation of Monthly Progress report, RA Bills, Material Consumption, BBS and QA/QC records and presenting all data inmonthly meeting. • To establish a Culture of safe Working Environment by ensuring basic safety behavior.
