Job Description

Overall 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in Policy admin system (PAS).
Should have good domain knowledge in Property and Casualty insurance (preferably commercial Lines in multiple domains).
Should have good experience in Duck Creek Policy Admin System or similar PAS application (preferably Duck Creek PAS).
Should have good understanding of Policy life cycle and transactions
Should be able to support QA activities and UAT
Should have knowledge of Forms
Should have good knowledge and understanding of Rating Process
Should be able to perform Root Cause Analysis for Bugs
Should be able to perform Gap Analysis
Should have good experience in requirement analysis, defect analysis and documentation.
Should have good communication skills and customer management experience.
