Responsible for new site creation, media issue, ping issue and trace route issue check with Field
team.
Troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and resolution within a transmission and other technical
environments.
Provide technical support to internal customers and other internal departments
Rollout Coordination.
Responsible for Alarm monitoring, resolution of faults monitoring and analysis of alarms in the
network elements.
Responsible for check END-TO-END transmission Media.
Working for on-call schedule and night time
