Troubleshoot network and remote access connectivity problems.

 Responsible for new site creation, media issue, ping issue and trace route issue check with Field

team.

 Troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and resolution within a transmission and other technical

environments.

 Provide technical support to internal customers and other internal departments

 Rollout Coordination.

 Responsible for Alarm monitoring, resolution of faults monitoring and analysis of alarms in the

network elements.

 Responsible for check END-TO-END transmission Media.

 Working for on-call schedule and night time
