Job Description

Handling Incoming and Outgoing calls.


 Attending the complaints and forwarding the mail to the service centre worked on Toll-free Desk

as Customer Care Executive.

 Attending International calls.

 Work on MS Excel, MS Word, ISP and Outlook.

 Handling of all staff Courier Work.

 Confirming Cab booking for the Client’s and Company Staff.

 Hotel Booking; Guest House Booking.

 Worked with Clear Trip Process for 2 Months as a Customer Care Executive.

 Handling the entire Reception work.

 Currently handling all the HR & ER work Salary Payroll work, pension, PF.

 Handling the parents queries and concern.

 Counselling handling of the parents.

 Looking after all admin work
