Work closely with stakeholders to manage the project in accordance with the approved budget and schedule
Utilize defined project processes, standards and guidelines to facilitate project management activities
Manage project status reporting (via EPM), facilitate project level cadence, and provide updates to Client and Leadership as required
Work closely with Client Delivery Manager and Technical Leads who are responsible to deliver project solution that meets its business, functional, and technical requirements
Update accurate financials, time and project status in respective tools / templates
Present via virtual video meetings to Client leadership to seek project phase approvals and monthly status updates
Skills – MS Project, MS Office, ADO for Work Items management, Waterfall and Agile methodology, Budget management
Excellent communication – written and verbal to effectively communicate with client and Deloitte teams
