Preparation & maintaining Daily, Weekly, Monthly, checklist & History cards. 

• Handled mould breakdown on machine tonnage from 80T to 4500T M/c. 

• Maintaining preventive & Breakdown Maintenance, improvement Activity Of IP, Dashboards, 

Bumpers, Door Trims, Front Grill, Floor Console, Cluster Hood Tools. 

• Modification & correction work of mould. 

• Experience in all type of Conventional Machine-Like Milling, Grinding, Lathe, Drilling Etc. 

• Experience in Hot Runner Systems Handling Such As HRS, YUDO, Synventive. 

• Responsible for maintaining 5S, Follow 5’ s, Kaizen, and Support SMED activities. 

• Fill up All tool room related documents MTTR, MTBF, BD%. 

• Review & Analyze the Breakdown of the Molds & Take Corrective Actions. 

• Monitor the Mould Life & Action for Mould Duplication incase of Mould Life is Over. 

• Mould safety improvement & conforms the safety factors of mould. 

• Familiar with plastics material Like PP, PC, ABS, SAN, ASA. 

• Involved in documentation of tool room related functions for ISO 9000 certification. 

• Experienced in Using Measuring & Checking Instruments Like Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, 

Gauges, Dial Indicator. 

• Work in mould assembly, sporting, shutting, blue matching. 

• Check Specifications conformity when receiving new Moulds
