Responsibilities:

Sound knowledge of working on the LMS (preferably SABA) – Attendance update, feedback initiation, class and course IDs creation, report extraction on request
Creation of digital curriculums on the LMS and other internal learning platforms
Planning, administering and execution of the training programs (Virtual/In-person)
Assistance with inquiries related to learning programs/policies
Regular update of the learning record and knowledge repository
Perform other duties as assigned
