Coordinate and execute full order cycle for domestic and export

despatches.

 SAP transactions related to SD, MM and TM modules and creation

of SAP Loading advice, invoice, IRN, Ewaybill and other despatch

documents.

 Manage truck/container entry, inspection of vehicle documents

and physical fitness and scheduling while maintaining defined SLAs

(Service-Level-Agreements with customers).

 Coordinate with truck crew for SAP master creation, checking load

capacity of trucks and coordinate with warehouse for timely

movement for optimum utilisazion of resources and maintain TAT

as per target.

 Monitoring the Vehicle Tracking system for trucks and coordinate

with vendors to resolve the issues as per defined SLAs.
