Manpower handling, Planning & placement of Vehicles through transporter on daily basis.
Arrangement of Vehicle for Dispatch on daily basis market freight rate and try to reduce freight
cost minimum.
Co-ordinate with sales team for daily sales order dispatch and all order give to production
department for production.
To make Dispatch Plan and Target V/S dispatch plan and send to concern department on daily
basis.
To making in SAP Sale Order, Delivery Challan and Sales Invoice & all other dispatch documents.
To received inward material in SAP.
To Make/Check on all documents like as Invoice, Delivery challan, Packing List sales order of
every dispatch delivery.
To be prepare proper planning of dispatch work & follow up with production dept. for FG
Inventory
Handover/Takeover of FG from production department with production slips.
To complete whole warehouse operation outward and inward.
To making periodical updates of non- moving product list & follow up with concerned department
& liquidate the material by higher management approval.
Arrangement of Road Permit as per road permits requirement & maintains details.
On daily basis check pending sales orders of customer and dispatches as soon as possible.
To coordinate with transport vendors to submit their bills on time and Verify the transport bills
with the PODs and submit to Supply chain head for further process at Head Office.
