QA QC experience in Fabrication & testing of equipment for
Power Plant which includes FGD, Coal handling system, Ash
handling system, Compressed air system, fuel handling system,
etc. will be added advantage. Candidate must have hands on
experience in Inspection and testing related activities at site.
• NDE Qualifications in line with ASNT-NC-1 A on RT, UT, PT,
VT and MPT is must with valid Level-II Certifications.
• Knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards like ASME,
ASTM, NFPA, BIS Codes etc.
• Should have good knowledge in preparing & Reviewing of Work
Procedure, Standard Operating procedures, Field ITP/Check
sheets/ protocols /, Welding schedule, WPS/PQR.
• Hands on experience in Review, Preparation of WPS & PQR
and Welder Qualification.
• Should have knowledge of surface preparation,
Painting/Coating and its equipment.
• QA QC experience in mechanical equipment such as Pressure
vessels, rotating equipment such as pumps, fans, Static
equipment, structure, valves, piping etc. is desired and hand on
experience in installation / Alignment of equipment.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
