Site/Carrier Launch Support ( Baseline Implementation, RET’s, Audit, RFST, OTDOA).
Very good hands-on on Change Request implementation on Ericsson System
Pre-Post Parameter Audits

Engineers having parameter level LTE optimization experience preferably on Ericsson System

Engineers having CDMA (Integration or Optimization on CACP tool) + parameter level LTE optimization experience preferably on Ericsson System

CDMA profiles shared earlier did not match our requirements as those engineers had only drive test experience in CDMA.

The candidate should have extensively worked on parameter Level LTE (4G) KPI Optimization and have a good hands-on on the Ericsson OSS and tools. 5G experience is an added advantage
