# Opening and Closing office
# Fetching Tea and Coffee and water to all company Staff, RO Vendor and Visitor timely.
# Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
# Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.# Daily site connectivity report on handed over sites
# Assisting and Coordinating administrative work like Electrical, Plumbing, civil, stationery work in wide range of office duties and the maintenance & repair of office equipment.
# Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting same. Also taking care of RO boy’s uniform distribution.
# Helping staff with document scanning and Xerox, it is continuous work.
# Taking care out of office work like: Big Xerox copy, Banking work, Travel office to collect big size of parcels, Lunch arrangement, Photo studio for RO’s photos etc.….
# Make sure the Board room, Lunch table, Reception, Kitchen, workstation premise are clean.
# Keeping record of Filling, Housekeeping material.
