Procurement Engineer

 Review technical specs before reaching out to suppliers for needed items.  Work with various departments like maintenance, electrical, and civil to grasp actual needs.  Compare offers based on technical and commercial aspects, making comparisons.  Stay in touch with the ordering department and communicate with suppliers about what's needed.  Handle procurement tasks like making spec sheets, sending requisitions, and bargaining with vendors.  Issue purchase orders after negotiations, ensuring agreed terms are included.  Work with vendors and clients to speed up deliveries and manage logistics.  Check equipment quality initially by confirming materials and dimensions match approved specs.  Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely payments to vendors
