As a QA Test Analyst, this role is focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through detailed testing processes. • Working closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and verify that software meets specified criteria. • Designing test cases, executing test plans, and documenting test results to identify and report defects. • By employing various testing techniques, contribute to the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in software application testing. • Proven experience as a QA Test Analyst with specific experience in manual testing of Salesforce (SFDC) applications. • Strong knowledge of SFDC modules and business processes and web application testing methodologies. • Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans. • Experience with Microfocus ALM(Previously HP ALM), JIRA • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong collaboration and communication skills. • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products across multiple platforms. • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. • Knowledge on test automation frameworks/tools is preferred
