Key Responsibilities :
1 Able to manage clients SAP Landscape
2 Provide SAP BASIS 247 support work on shifts
3 Good knowledge on SAP System refresh Copy and can perform system administration
4 Knowledge on SAP Basis NetWeaver/Oracle DB/SAP PO-POL/Solution Manager/Operating Systems Monitoring , installation , configuration
5 Knowledge on AWS administration, Manage routine patching, upgrades of SAP applications, databases
Technical Experience :
1 SAP-Basis resource with 5-7 years of exp, prior exp in implementation, support SAP ABAP, java systems
2 System Administration
3 Work on PI related issues, deployment, SAP issues related to Oracle database, AWS
4 Track SAP transports and system configuration
5 Incident, Change, service request Management ,SAP License Management, Job scheduling, Verifying background jobs System Upgrades/Patching, System Refresh/Restore/Client copy, Maintain System documentation
6 Build, Deliver, Support production in SAP environment
