Job Description
Understanding of Entitlements, Utilization, Discovery, Effective License Positioning for software assets.
Experience in software asset management, including familiarity with major software vendors like Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, and Adobe.
Experience with SAM management tools to track and manage software assets.
Able to create software models and entitlements.
Resources: ITAM
Software Installation ( End point and server), Troubleshooting.
Mail management , END user Coordination for LRC request. User Guidance.
License Follow-up with IT and upgrade. Software file coordination with IT.

Candidate should have hands on experience in assisting and resolving/trouble shooting issues raised by end user on End user computing services ( Desktop, Laptop, MAC , Handheld devices ).
