To implement modifications to reduce rejections.
Optimized use of manpower as per requirement.
Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
Reviewing the performance of subordinates.
Prepare the job as per job change planning.
Inspection of molds& their accessories with the help of instruments & visually according to drawing.
Analysis of various types of defects & take comprehensive decision for their rectification.
Make daily rectification, reject report & report to dept. head.
Working with SAP system in QM module.
Tools and technique for continual of quality i.e. 5S, MIS, KAIZEN and QC tools.
