Job Description

Minimum of 10 years of managing offshore delivery experience and 15+ years IT/Industry experience.
Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with scrum/agile and other project management methodologies.
Prior experience with SAFe is preferred (Leading SAFe).
Prior experience in ITIL practices is preferred (ITIL 4 Foundation or higher).
Experience with process improvement disciplines is preferred.
Experience with test management is preferred.
Experience in Computer Systems Validation (CSV) in the context of Good Clinical/Manufacturing Practices (GxP) is preferred
Experience with software development using Application lifecycle management (ALM) and Jira.
Knowledge/Experience in the life-sciences/biotech space is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
