Job Description

  • Technical support or Service desk exp candidates in Global operation is required. Don’t send profiles who have only domestic exp
  • Communication skill should be excellent.
  • Exp with ServiceNow or similar Incident Management Tool is mandate.
  • Education background should be from Computer science or Be/Btech or MCA only don’t send diploma profiles.
  • Interview mode will be only FTF between 11 AM to 5 PM, no virtual interview was there.
  • Shift will be 9 hours in a day between 6AM to 10 PM no night shift was there
  • 5 days work from office only no WORK FROM HOME WILL BE PROVIDED
  • There will be no weekend on sat and Sunday depends on project needs roasted basis weekend will allocate.
  • CTC for 1 to 3 years 5.7 LPA and 3 to 5 years 8.3 LPA will be provided.
