1. BIW test preparation (Loading & Unloading, attachment of trims, headliner &

Seat mounting)

2. Scrap activity (Disassemble tested parts, segregate, Movement of scrap-to-

scrap yard)

3. Fixture movement & mounting for BIW level test

4. Pre & Post-test activities (Before & After image capture, Fixture setup)

5. First off approval for plant support (Buckle separation force, spindle force,

Fixture loading, first off stitching strength)

6. Proto sample movement

7. First off approval for plant support, Sample preparation (Cutting, threading &

test)
