Responsible for leading the finance function of the International Business Development
(IBD) department. The IBD department is a centralised function providing an essential
service across the group. As such the Finance Manager will be responsible for on
financial management, budgeting, controls, payroll, and inter-company invoicing. In
addition to these core responsibilities will include putting in place the infrastructure
necessary to track profitability segmented. Namely, by staff member, agent, region, brand
etc. Secondary responsibilities will include producing financial reports and developing
strategies based on financial research. As well as guiding senior executives in making
sound business decisions in the long and short term.
