Accounts Payable Specialist

JD for  AP - Inquiry Management

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent accounting experience)

• Strong accounting background with 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Good understanding of local legal and accounting requirements

• Strong process orientation with exposure to technical systems, integrations, automation, and machine learning-based workflows

• Hands-on experience in inquiry management through ServiceNow (SNOW)

• Excellent communication skills with strong professional email writing ability

• Experience in handling internal and external stakeholder support

• Good exposure to process planning, process improvement, and optimization

• Ability to work with global guidelines, SOPs, and compliance standards

• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
