Total responsible for post-recruitment activities - Preparing offer letter, CTC breakups, issuing Medical Letter, joining
formalities, Induction, ID card, Bank Account Opening, Digital Signature, maintaining employee files and initiating
background verification process in ( eConnect Internal tool)
Hands on experience in ISO Audit & SOC 2 Audit and maintaining the relevant files, documents, and policies on behalf of
HR post recruitment team.
Maintaining and updating master database (Personal file, Personal database) of every employee.
Experience in processing new Vendor & renewal Agreements, Invoices, payment processing and follow up.
Contract employee joining and exit process and maintaining their attendance and timesheet report.
Responsible for providing payroll input on monthly basis.
Take part in POSH – ICC Member and handling employee queries.
Experience in organizing training and development activities – prepare training report, identifying training sources both
internally and externally, coordinating all training activities and measuring effectiveness.
Resolving the queries of new joiners in on boarding and induction program.
Handling employee grievances.
Experience in Team building and Employee Engagement activities like (Fun Friday, Employee Sports Celebration,
Festival Events, Conducting Corporate activities etc.)
