Admin – Role & Responsibilities (CSR / Carpenter Programme)
Role Objective
To support CSR carpenter programmes through efficient administration, accurate data management, and timely analysis, ensuring smooth claim processing and reliable programme reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Claims Verification
• Check and verify carpenter claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Identify discrepancies, duplicates, and missing documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim closure and approvals
Carpenter Data Management
• Maintain and update carpenter master data (training, attendance, certification, incentives)
• Cross-verify carpenter records across systems and reports
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyse carpenter and programme data to track progress and trends
• Prepare periodic MIS reports (monthly / quarterly)
• Highlight gaps, anomalies, and insights for programme improvement
Excel & System Usage
• Confident use of MS Excel, including:
• VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• Basic formulas and data validation
• Support data reconciliation and reporting through Excel
Process & Compliance Support
• Adhere to defined CSR and administrative processes
• Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews
Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with CSR teams, field teams, and vendors
• Provide clear, confident updates on data and claim status
• Ensure timelines are met without compromising data quality

• Basic understanding of admin and data processes

Qualification & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in admin, data handling, or programme support preferred
