Application Engineer I

Validation of all commercial vehicle platform - vehicle level installation and performance evaluation for

thermal attributes.

 Preparation of test plan in accordance with DVP time line.

 Vehicle audit before commencing for validation to ensure test worthiness of the vehicle. To get sign off from

COC, system owners and ensure vehicle condition with respect to design intent and functional fitness.

 Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as project team, VI team, workshop, instrument lab

and supplier for smooth execution of test plan.

 Preparation of vehicle for validation which includes thermocouple fitment, sensor fitment, data acquisition

instruments fitment and adaptation preparation for sensors on requirement.

 Test execution in internal test track and highway with adherence to TML work guideline.

 Analyzing test results, preparing conclusion with data, graph plots and photographs wherever required.

 Take up issues with respective stakeholders for the issues observed during the test.

 Preparation of final report and sharing to all respective stakeholders within DVP time line.
