2 Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA Engineer with strong experience in Manual Testing

and Test Automation, along with hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps Test Suites.

The ideal candidate should have a structured approach to testing, experience working in Agile/Scrum teams,

and the ability to design, execute, and automate test cases while maintaining traceability within Azure

DevOps.

You will work closely with Product, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure high product quality

through systematic test planning, execution, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

3 Manual Testing & Test Planning

 Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

 Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.

 Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

 Execute exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability gaps.

 Maintain complete test documentation in Azure DevOps Test Suites.

 Log and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.

4 Azure DevOps Test Management

 Create and manage Test Plans, Test Suites, and Test Cases in Azure DevOps.

 Link test cases to user stories and requirements for traceability.

 Manage test runs and generate test reports.

 Maintain defect lifecycle using Azure Boards.

 Ensure sprint-level test coverage and release readiness tracking.

5 Automation Testing

 Develop and maintain automation test scripts for web applications.

 Build reusable automation frameworks (Data-Driven / Hybrid / POM).

 Automate regression test suites and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.

 Execute automated test runs and analyze failures.

 Maintain automation coverage metrics.

5 CI/CD & DevOps Integration

 Integrate automation tests with Azure DevOps pipelines.

 Configure automated test execution as part of build and release process.

 Monitor test execution results and provide feedback to development teams.

 Ensure quality gates are enforced before production releases.

6 Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

 Participate in sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

 Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

 Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies.

 Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7 Manual Testing

 Strong knowledge of Agile methodology.

 Experience in writing effective test cases and scenarios.

 Strong understanding of functional and regression testing.

 Experience in API testing (Postman).

 Basic SQL knowledge for database validation.

8 Automation Testing

 Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:

o Selenium WebDriver

 Experience with programming languages:

o Java / C# / JavaScript

 Experience in API automation is a plus.

9 Azure DevOps

 Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans & Test Suites.

 Experience in managing Test Runs and Test Reports.

 Experience in integrating automated tests into Azure Pipelines.

 Familiarity with Boards, Repos, and CI/CD workflows.

10 Technical Knowledge

 Basic knowledge of Git version control.

 Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

11 Nice to Have

 Experience in performance testing (JMeter).

 Experience in BDD frameworks (Cucumber).

 Exposure to accessibility testing.
