Communication Trainer

Requirements

 Excellent command over spoken and written English

 Good knowledge of grammar and pronunciation

 Must have a good understanding of functional Grammar

 Feedback and Coaching skills.

 Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized

 Applicant should be proficient with MS-Office (Word, Excel, power point)

 Must have a zeal and passion for training & excellent interpersonal skills

 Carry out training needs analysis to determine the skills gap between current and desirable

learner levels

Some of the key responsibilities this role is accountable for

 Feedback & Coaching team members on Communication and spoken English

 Email audits based on business requirements

 Give documented feedback as per the gaps identified in the audit.

 Work with the team and identify email and other communication training needs

 Training scheduling as per business requirements

 Training plan review and approval

 Continuous improvement in email competency at account level

 Revise report formats as per business requirements

 Publish bi-monthly reports
