Customer Experience Executive

We are looking for a Product Designer who goes beyond pixels and prototypes. This role is for someone who designs thoughtful user experiences and also validates them end-to-end by thinking deeply about real customer scenarios. You will own the full journey — from identifying user problems to designing solutions, and rigorously testing them across real workflows. You think like a customer, test like QA, and design like a craftsperson.

What You’ll Do

Product & UX Design

Translate product requirements and customer needs into intuitive, elegant experiences.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Design across complex workflows, not just screens.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and QA.

End-to-End Scenario Thinking

Map complete customer journeys across features and touch points.

Identify edge cases, failure states, and real-world usage patterns.

Think beyond “happy paths” to stress-test experiences.

Ensure continuity across onboarding, core workflows, and post-action states.

Validation & Testing

Conduct functional walkthroughs of implemented features.

Perform scenario-based testing before release.

Create test cases grounded in real user behaviors.

Partner with QA to identify usability gaps and logic breaks.

Validate that designs are implemented correctly and meet intent.

Customer-Centric Improvements

Use data, customer feedback, and usability findings to iterate.

Participate in usability testing sessions.

Continuously refine flows based on observed friction.

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

3–6+ years of experience in Product/UX Design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking (not just UI screens).

Ability to create detailed user flows and systems thinking artifacts.

Experience working in agile product teams.

Differentiators

Experience writing or executing test scenarios.

Comfort validating builds in staging environments.

Strong understanding of edge cases and real-world workflow
