Job Description


Corresponding with different teams on daily basis.

Preparing Quotations & proforma Invoice.

Calculating discount structure, vat & TD Sect.

Follow-up with the clients on new requirements, dispatch, etc.

Resolving clients queries, requirements, through Email.

Keeping track in respect to delivery schedule, stock availability, complaints, etc. & till

payment receipt.

Preparing dispatch & billing Instruction sheet & forwarding it to accounts for invoicing.

Follow-up with clients for timely payment i.e. keeping outstanding on control.

Follow–up with clients for C Forms & TDS Certificate

Analysis of order status weekly & monthly basis, Preparing weekly & Monthly reports in

this.
