Customer Support Engineer

Having Good experience on Ceragon microwave Equipment along with IPS.

Experience in LAN, TCP/IP concepts, QoS concept, MPLS concepts routing, switching and communication data concepts and Ipv4 & Ipvtwork6 addressing

Basic knowledge of IP management tool

Ability to understand new technologies

Respond to requests with reasonable rough estimates of impact, time, feasibility, practicality, and alignment with business goals

IP Management role, interfacing with the internal customer about network solutions.

Self-motivated individual with leadership qualities Mentoring the team, planning & executing competence development plan for the entire tea

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Experience on Ceragon equipment will be an added advantage
