Techno functional role. Specific contribution expected from the role: Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end analytical solutions for high-stakes client engagements. Play the role of the technical lead, bridging the gap between raw data complexity and executive-level strategy, ensuring that all deliverables are scalable, reproducible, and commercially impactful. Location: Remote. Shift Timing: Normal(Day Shift). 

Job Description: Partner with stakeholders to conduct business requirements analysis, define North Star KPIs, and translate ambiguous problems into structured data roadmaps. Lead the development of sophisticated SQL and Python/R scripts for deep-dive statistical analysis, causal inference, and A/B testing evaluation. Architect robust data models and documentation frameworks using dbt and ER modeling to create a "single source of truth" for client organizations. Drive operational efficiency by implementing automation scripts (Bash, Python, Cursor) to streamline recurring analyses and report delivery. Design and enforce data validation protocols and root-cause analysis frameworks to ensure absolute data integrity across all client deliverables. Synthesize complex technical findings into high-impact presentations and dashboards (self-serve analytics) tailored for C-suite decision-making. Act as a technical mentor to junior analysts, ensuring best practices in coding, documentation, and reproducible reporting
