GCP Data Engineer

Experience with GCP storage and ingestion patterns (Cloud Storage, BigQuery load jobs, external tables).

Familiarity with data formats (Parquet/Avro/JSON/CSV) and schema evolution.

Experience with Git and CI/CD practices; comfortable with production support.

Preferred qualifications

Streaming pipelines using Pub/Sub and Dataflow (Apache Beam).

Familiarity with Dataproc/Spark, Kafka, or CDC tools (e.g., Datastream).

Data governance and cataloging (e.g., Dataplex, Data Catalog), lineage, and metadata management.

Terraform/IaC; VPC-SC and advanced security patterns.

Certifications: Google Professional Data Engineer (nice-to-have).
