Handling/ Troubleshooting of Operating System and Network Problems.

Managing users using Active Directory database.

Providing Remote support and Telephone support.

Configure and troubleshooting network printers.

Configuring VPN Wi-Fi network on client system.

Installation, DNS, DHCP, Domain users/groups

Providing Network application support.

Regular checking/updating all network applications

Troubleshoot all kind of Hardware/Software issues in Win 8, Win7, Win 10 and XP SP 1-3
