Desktop Support Engineer

I am actively seeking an opportunity that empowers me to take the lead and leverage my extensive experience to develop and implement an advanced framework, resulting in significant enhancements and advancements. Maintain load balancing on Relay and production server. This involves the installation, deployment, upgradation, and troubleshooting of various security agents such as BigFix, DLP, BitLocker, Symantec (SEPM), and Carbon Black App Control. To streamline operations, I actively create and test Action scripts, Relevance & tasks in the BigFix Console, subsequently deploying and updating mandatory software and security agents through the same platform. Preparing POA based on the test cases for patching Microsoft critical patches across 1.5Lac+ endpoints and 100+ windows servers every month. Handling internal & User communication during the ticket resolution. Support Related BigFix Software in HDFC Domain like IEM agent, IEM Controller & Target, etc. raised by HDFC User. Configuration of Relay Server using Remote Tool BigFix Controller. Responsible for server capacity management for health issues, availability management and analyzing event logs. Installation of operating system & formatting. (Windows 7, 10 & 11) Driver installations Software installations MS Outlook Configuration Backup, Recovery, Troubleshooting etc. Laptop & Desktop Hardware related Troubleshooting. System Slowness Troubleshooting Bit locker Encryption Bluescreen Error Remote desktop sharing
