Nature and Scope of Key Accountabilities
•
Involved in the execution of overall Novo Nordisk India Digital strategy.
• Advocate Novo Nordisk product details through digital sales channels to drive sales and revenue.
•
Overall responsible for keeping track and influencing HCPs, pharmacists, distributors etc.
•
Be a change agent from traditional field working to the newer and futuristic digital connect approach to
deliver business objectives.
•
Be the “Digi-Jockey” and “Personal Pocket Companion” to the HCPs and help them grow beyond their
borders.
• Work as a catalyst and one point of contact for external stakeholders to support in all marketing and
customer engagement initiatives.
•
Responsible for maintaining growth trajectory of product business by building strong advocacy for the
product therapy in Indian market through digital channels.
