Perform health checks of the devices ( Fingerprint scanner, Windows, Android devices , Printers )located at the labs remotely.
Run SQL queries, Stored procedures as necessary
Debug any software installation issue.
Basic Shell scripting experience .
Install patches, version upgrades remotely, Troubleshoot networking issues remotely . Execute standard operating procedures. Basic incident triaging and troubleshooting . Good communication to triage and transfer ownership to the right team .
Preferred to some basic incident management process.
Should be willing to work in Night shifts and non-standard working days.
