EHS Executive

This job role is responsible for providing Environment, Health, Safety, and Well-being (EHS)
support and guidance to the assigned project(s)/contract(s). The goal is to support the
project manager/MSCOO to ensure the compliance with relevant legal, customer, and
Ericsson EHS requirements, and to foster a safety culture within the project(s)/contract(s) to
reach Target Zero.
Responsibilities & Outcomes

 Legal, customer, and E/// EHS requirements compliance management
o Execute the informed requirements
 Roles and responsibilities management
 Competence management
o Verify workers' certification in OHS area, collect and monitor data
 Targets, KPIs and performance management
o Drive assigned EHS target/KPI
 Risk and opportunity management
o Create site safety plan
• Operational control --check, inspection, audit

o Conduct EHS inspection independently and follow up individual improvement
actions

• Incident management (including stop work authority case)

o Track incident reporting
o Lead near miss and risk observation investigation, and drive / follow up
corrections

 Awareness and communications management, including recognition
o Identify supplier workers' HSandW behaviors and send Thank-You card/mail
