Monitoring project activities, handling the complete project management cycle & final execution of project.  

Looked after laying, installation, testing & commissioning of steel pipeline.  

Monitored & reviewed site activities/ reports which include lowering, trenching, mainline & tie in  

welding, joint coatings, peel test, holiday tests, purging, swabbing as per clients’s scope.  

Witnessed & reviewed EQT, WQT, WPS,PQR, reports.  

Carried out Bore log survey to identify rocky & soil strata.  

Reviewed bore profiles, calculations for HDD activities which includes piloting, reaming, pulling etc.  

Reviewed TCP, TLP design installations for cathode protection.  

Witnessed & reviewed NDT reports of RT, UT, and DPT.  

Carried out all associated works like stacking, clearing, grading of ROW, bending, welding, NDT including  

radiography, field joint coating, cathode protection, hydro testing etc  

Planning as per the schedule.  

Mobilization of site.  

Monitoring on daily progress and prepare monthly work schedule.  

Maintain the safety at the sites.  

Supervision of Piping, corrosion under insulation, supports.  

Check the welded joint visually and offer for the RT.  

Inspection & monitoring of all welding activities prior, during, and after, which include material check  

Qualification and welding equipments.  

Laying of pipeline by trenchless (HDD) and open cut methods.
