1) Ensuring Overall maintenance and management of site including AMC.
2) Daily Site round and ensure that everything is in order including the deployment of staff as per duty roster.
3) Identify, suggest, and implement avenues for Maintenance, operational and energy including energy conservation, water harvesting etc.
4) Vendor Management and cost negotiations, support in Engagement activities and submitting vendor invoice for timely pay-out.
5) Reporting of Drivers, Security, office boys and housekeeping staff & handling of petty cash
6) Cost Savings initiatives during Hybrid working.
7) Managing drivers and maintaining the vehicles in good condition, safety, manage all databases relating to transportation activities tracking of vehicles by GPS.
8) Handle invoice processing & tracking of PR, PO, reimbursement in portal like SAP & Newgen.
