Field Engineer

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end coordination with vendors/partners for project execution

• Monitor daily progress of site activities (installation, commissioning, integration)

• Ensure adherence to QA (Quality Assurance) and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards

• Track and improve vendor performance (productivity, quality, TAT, FTR)

• Support team ramp-up and ensure adequate manpower deployment

• Conduct regular reviews with partners and internal stakeholders

• Maintain compliance tracking and documentation for audits

• Identify gaps/issues in delivery and drive timely resolution

• Coordinate for training and skill enhancement of partner teams

• Ensure proper reporting in tools (like MIDS/NMS or customer portals)

• Ramp-up the teams as per requirement

Key Skills Required:-

• Strong vendor/partner management skills

• Knowledge of telecom network deployment (MW)

• Understanding of QA & EHS standards

• Good communication and stakeholder management

• Data tracking & reporting skills (Excel, MIS)

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
