Learning Delivery Operations Proctor

Key Responsibilities

• The predominant role of the candidate will be to invigilate the exams in a video proctoring mode/in-person mode.
• Candidates should log into the Assessments systems, validate the identity of the trainees, and initiate the assessments at the given timeframe.
• They should keep a keen eye on the exams continuously and take action as prescribed if the trainees indulge in any activity which violates the examination code of conduct.
• Make notes and provide written feedback on each trainee who has taken the exams, immediately post assessments.
• Maintain related trackers/reports
Technical Experience
• Candidates should have good knowledge of MS-Office and should be to learn any new LMS or Assessment systems like Mettl, Question Mark, Tekstac etc.
