Senior Tech Lead – Full Stack

Own the end-to-end technical delivery of assigned projects, from

solution architecture through deployment and production support.

 Define system architecture, integration patterns, database design, and

cloud deployment strategies aligned with enterprise standards.

 Lead full-stack development using React or Angular (frontend) and

.NET Core Web API (backend).

 Design and optimize SQL databases, including schema design,

performance tuning, indexing strategies, and stored procedures.

 Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure

(App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault,

Service Bus, etc.).

 Ensure adherence to coding standards, CI/CD practices, DevOps

pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

 Guide the team in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog

refinement, code reviews, and retrospectives.

 Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish scalable deployment.
