Position: HR Operation

Exp: 5-8 Years

Location: Mysore or Bangalore. 

Skills: Payroll or HR Operation strong in F&F function.



  • End to end exit / separation process and Timely resolutions to queries raised by employees.
  • Full & Final Settlement Function for PAN India employees of the organization.
  • Handling PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus and other statutory related payment and queries.
  • Providing guidance and advice on resignation workflow process and Full & Final settlements.
  • Computation of Full & Final settlement on PL Encashment, NP Recoveries, Employee Benefit Claims, LOP/LOPR and other benefits.
  • Co-ordinate with stakeholders for timely closure of clearance to close F&F on time.
  • Showcause Notice & Warning letter Process.
  • Initiate Legal Process for Pending payment and co-ordination with advocates.
  • Ex-Employee BGV Verification PAN India.
  • Co-ordination with Shared Services Centre for resolution of queries related to F&F, Tax, PF & EPS.
  • Give functional requirements on Exit process for Success Factor module and test the same in UAT and Production.
  • Review Process document and SOPs on quarterly basis.
  • Weekly review and dashboard presentation with Leadership on F&F status.
  • Preparation of Audit reports and documents based on requirement and handling audits.
  • Initiate Legal letters on regular basis to recover pending dues against Negative FFS cases.
  • Process Gratuity Settlements on weekly basis for Separated employees .
  • Handle L1 Helpdesk ticketing system.
