To carry out PTW (Permit to Work) audit • To follow PTW (Permit to Work) system (JSA on Class I permit) • To find unsafe conditions & unsafe acts around the plant area

• To maintain accident statistics

• To check guards of rotating or moving parts of machinery (Quarterly) • To prepare weekly / monthly report • To take a round for use of PPE’s by employee/ contract person while on job

• Inspection round of the plant structure with concerned department person
