E Learning Content Developer

Role: E‑Learning Content Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to design, develop, and manage digital learning content. The role will focus on e‑learning course creation, multimedia integration, and adoption of modern instructional technologies. Proficiency in Synthesia/Easygenerator is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop e‑learning materials using Easygenerator and Synthesia.

• Integrate multimedia and interactive components into learning modules.

• Ensure consistency with branding and instructional design standards.

• Manage and integrate course materials within Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Stay abreast of emerging e‑learning tools and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E‑Learning Specialist or similar role.

• Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms and e‑learning authoring tools.

• Proficiency in Easygenerator (course authoring) ,Synthesia (AI video creation).

• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

• Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging content.

• Strong attention to detail, adherence to structured guidelines, and ability to work independently.

• Reliable internet connectivity and appropriate hardware for digital content creation.
