IT Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Resolving employee issues with hardware, software, accounts, and peripherals.

• Infrastructure Management: Maintaining network systems, servers, and performing regular backups.

• Vendor & Asset Management: Procuring IT equipment, managing licenses, and maintaining an inventory of all IT assets.

• System Upgrades: Implementing hardware refreshes and software rollouts.

• User Onboarding: Setting up workstations, laptops, and network access for new employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.

• Experience: Proven experience as an IT Coordinator, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS), network protocols, and Office 365/workspace tools.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
